INVITATION FOR WALK-IN INTERVIEW-Suitable male candidates are invited to appear in walk-in interview for the following assignments in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Mining Engineering of Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad
SKILLED LABOUR -Name of temporary assignment - Skilled LabourNo. of Posts - 1 (one)Name of temporary research project - Development of Self-advancing (mobile) Goaf Edge Supports for Depillaring Operations in Underground Coal MinesDuration - 28 months (May be extended if the project is extended)Name of the sponsoring Agency - Coal S&T by CMPDILConsolidated Fellowship - Rs. 7,000 PMQualifications - Minimum Qualification: Intermediate pass with 2nd division / ITI in Mechanical branchDesirable knowledge - Typing skills in EnglishAge limit: 28 years. Relaxation in age can be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates if so recommended by selection committee. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates on production of appropriate certificate from authorized Govt. agencies.General:- The candidates are required to bring the original certificates along with one Xerox copy of all the documents (Proof of Age, Intermediate pass certificate, ITI certificate etc).
- They have to be present at least one hour before the commencement of interview
- The interview will be held in the conference room of Dept. of Mining Engineering as per following schedule 24.10.2011 at 10.00 AM (Monday)
Note:
· Only Indian citizens are eligible for research fellowship/ associateships. The awards of research fellowships/associateship do not imply any employment guarantee by Ministry of Coal or ISM where he will be working.
· The Posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the completion of the tenure of the project however continuation of the person in the project is subjected to his satisfactory performance.
· The appointment can be terminated at any time if the performance is not found satisfactory
· The appointment does not entail any claim for a position in the Department or ISM, Dhanbad
