• Catering Assistant : 18 posts (SC-3, UR-10, OBC-5), Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/-, Age : 35 years

Application Fee : Rs. 250/- in the form of DD drawn on SBI in favour of "Deputy Commissioner, NVS RO Shillong" payable at Shillong (Rs.125/- for SC/ST candidates)

Recruitment for the Post of Catering Assistant and Staff Nurse for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas

Regional Office Lucknow of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy, Govt. of India, invites applications from eligible persons for filling up the following posts.

Catering Assistant :

• Number of Vacancy : 10 posts (UR-04,OBC-03,SC-03)
• Qualification : Secondary (Class X) with three year diploma in Catering or equivalent from an institution recognised by Ministry of Tousrism or State Govt. OR Passed Senior Secondary from CBSE with Hotel Management & Catering as vocational subject and at least 1 year experience in Catering OR Passed Senior Secondary and 1 year Diploma in Catering OR Trade Proficiency Certificate in Catering with minimum of 10 year service on regular establishment
• Pay Scale : Rs. 4000-6000/-

Staff Nurse :

• Number of Vacancy : 10 posts (UR-01, OBC-02, SC-04,ST-03)
• Qualification : Passed Sr. Secondary exam (Class XII) or equivalent and (b) Grade A (03 years) Diploma/ Certificate in Nursing from recognised Institution (or) B.Sc. Nursing from recognised University/Institute (c) Registration with Indian Staff Nursing Council. (d) Practical experience of 02 years in a hospital/clinic.

Age : upto 35 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC

Application Fee : Rs. 250/- in the form of DD drawn on SBI in favour of "NVS RO Lucknow" payable at Lucknow (SC/ST/PH and Ex-Serviceman are exempted)
