The Union Public Service Commission will hold the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2007 on 22nd April, 2007 for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of NDA for 119th Course and Naval Academy for 39th, 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course commencing from January, 2008

Conditions of Eligibility

1. Age Limit, Sex and Marital Status :
   Only unmarried male candidates who must have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age of 19 years on the 1st January, 2008 i.e he must have ben born not earlier than 2nd January, 1989 and not later than 1st July, 1991.
2. Educational Qualifications :
   • For Army Wing of National Defence Academy : 12th class pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
   • For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course of Naval Academy : 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University
3. Physical Standards:
   Candidates must be physically fit accordig to the physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2007 as mentioned in the detailed advertisement publishedin the Employment News weekly dated 14/10/2006 or at the Commissions website.
4. Application Form:
   The candidate must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commmission for its examinations which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/-. Each such form can be used only once and only for one examination.
   In case of any difficulty in obtaining Application Forms from the HPOs/POs, the candidate should immediately contact the concerned Post Master or UPSC's "FORM SUPPLY MONITORING CELL" over telephone No 011- 23389366 / Fax No 011--23387310.
5. Fee :
