IIM Calcutta invites applications for the following posts :
- Sub-Assistant Engineer / Project Engineer (Civil) : 04 posts (3 - On contract, 1 -Permanent), Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering , Experience : minimum 5 years experience in project execution and maintenance work. Diploma holders with minimum 10 years experience (5 years for OBC candidates) may also apply., Age : 35 years, Pay Scale : Rs.5500-9000/-
- Project Engineer (Electrical) : 01 post (Contractual), Qualification : Graduate in Electrical Engineering having electrical license (SCC) for HT & LT (11 KV & 440 Volt) from competent authority. Experience : Graduate Engineers must have a minimum experience of 5 years and Diploma Engineers with 10 years minimum experience may also apply, Age : 40 years, Pay : Rs. 15000/- PM
- Security Officer : 01 post, Qualification & Experience : Bachelor's degree. Candidate preferred would be ex-military or ex-police personnel with 15 years experience in responsible position or handling security concerns of a large organisation. , Age : Betwwen 40 and 50 years, Pay : Rs.20000/- pm.
- Public Relation Officer (PRO) : 01 post, Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations. The candiate should have exposure in advertising, media and public relations in reputed organisation with about 10 years experience. Experience in producing house Jounals, PR Literature and printing would be desirable., Age: 35-40 years, Pay : Rs.20000/- PM.
- Officer : (Official Language) : 01 post, Qualification : Master degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level from a recognised University or equivalent or (ii) Master's degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level from a recognised university or equivalent , Experience : 10/15 years relevant experience in implementing official language including translation, preparing circulars etc. , Age : Not less than 45 years, Pay : Rs.20000/- PM
- Work/Cost Accountant : 01 post, Qualification : (i) Passed SAS examination (Indian Audit & Accounts Department) with 3 years professional experience in managing works accounts of a division or (ii) Passed Divisional Test Examination (Indian Audit and Accounts Department) with 5 years experience as Divisional Accountant in PWD Division or (iii) Graduate member of the ICWA of India with 10 years professional experience, Age : 55 years, Pay : Rs.15000/-
- Secretarial Assistant : 06 posts, Qualification : Graduate having completed Secretarial course from a reputed institute. Should be computer literate and good in communication akills with adequate proficiency in English, Experience : At least 5-10 years Secretarial experience, Age : 40 years, Pay : Rs.12000/- PM
- Staff Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Post graduate preferably in Management. Will require working in the Director's office and assisting the Director in Secretarial, Protocol, Board related work and Academic matters etc., Experience : 15 years relevant experience with exposure in reputed organisation, Age : 40 to 45 years, Pay : Rs.20000/- PM
The qualification, experience and age criteria may be relaxed in case of excepional candidates with outstanding hands on experience.
