The selected candidates will be appointed initially as Management Trainee in the pay scale of Rs. 10750-300-16750/- for a period of one year and on successful completion of training, absorbed as regular engineers/ officers in the junior management cadre in the above pay scale.

Qualification : Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Indian Univiersity/ Institute in the disciplines of MECHANICAL / CIVIL / ELECTRICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION / COMPUTER SCIENCE / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY / APPLIED GEOLOGY with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST) in the aggregate of all years/ semesters. Candidates who appeared and passed engineering graduation/ HR/ Personnel Management/ MTech Applied Geology exam in 2007 or appearing in 2008 for their final examination are ONLY eligible to apply.

Age limit : as on 31/03/2008, Management Trainee (Technical) : 26 years for Engineering Graduates., M.Tech in Applied Geology : 28 years, Management Trainee (Corporate Services) : 28 years., Age is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC ( Non-Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates in accordance with the Govt. of India directives.

Application Fee : Application fee payable by General/OBC candidates is Rs.500/-. For SC/ST candidates only, processing charge of Rs.150/- will be payable on application.
