With reference to the vacancy circular of NCA published in the Employment News issue dated 24 - 30 September 2011, to fill up the vacancy on short term contract basis details regarding eligibility criteria, experience, emoluments, age limit etc. for the posts are as under:
Educational/Technical Qualification(s) & Experience:
1) For Junior Engineer (Civil):
A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (50% for SC candidate)
2) For Junior Engineer (Electrical):
A degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (50% for ST candidate)
3) For Technician (MCC):
10th Standard pass or equivalent with ITI certificate in Electrical/Electronics/ instrumentation/Automobile or equivalent trade from a recognized university/ institute and working experience of two years with a reputed firm/ organization in maintenance of microprocessor based electronic/ communication/ Mechanical equipment.
4) For Technical Helper (EMC):
10th Standard pass or equivalent. Work experience of two years with a reputed electrical firm/ organization.
5) For Stenographer Grade-D
(1) 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board or university and speed of 80/40 words per minutes in English shorthand typing respectively.
The retired employees of Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertaking etc. can be considered for appointment on contract basis as per Govt. of India guidelines provided the age at the end of contract period does not exceed 60 years.
Appointment on contract basis will be initially for one year which may be renewed on year to year basis up to a maximum period of three years, based on the performance of the candidate as well as the requirement from time to time. Short listed candidates will be called for written test/interview.
Selection shall be based on the perforamce of the candidates in the written test as well as in the interview. Merely fulfilling the prescribed qualification will not entail a candidate for calling for written test & or interview. Persons selected will have to enter in to an agreement containing detailed terms & conditions of their appointment in the prescribed proforma.
Candidates appointed will be entitled to get consolidated monthly remuneration equivalent to the minimum of the pay band + grade pay plus other allowances applicable to NCA employees of similar grade at the place of posting.
Application in the given proforma along with 2 recent passport size photographs, copies of mark sheets, certificate regarding educational & technical qualification(s), category, experience etc, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, may be sent to the Dy. Director (Admn), Narmada Control Authority, Narmada Sadan, Sector-B, Scheme No. 74, Vijay Nagar, Indore-452 010 within 45 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Applications received after due date or otherwise incomplete shall not be considered. Candidates called for written test/interview shall not be entitled for any TA/DA.
