- General Manager / Dy. General Manager (Production) : M. Pharma/ B. Pharma or B.E. or M.Sc. or B.Sc.(Hons.) preferably with MBA (Production) having 15 years experience in Chemical & Pharmaceutical industry having exposure in Factory Administration, out of which 7 years in Senior Management Level., Pay Scale : Rs.17500-22300/-
- Dy. General Manager / Chief Manager (Personnel & Admn.) : Bachelor's or Master's degree with Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Welfare from a recognsied University/ Institute. A Degree in law is preferable with 15 years experience out of which 7 years in senior position in Personnel/ Industrial Relation functions in a large Industrial undertaking preferably in PSU., Pay Scale : Rs.16000-20800/-
- Company Secretary-cum-Chief Manager (internal Audit) : ACS/ LLB./ CA/ ICWAI having 15 years post qualification experience in Secretarial, Estate matters and Internal Audit job out of which 7 years experience in Senior Management level., Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/-
- Chief Manager (Quality Assurance) : Doctorate / M. Pharma having 15 years experience in Quality Control in Pharmaceutical/ Chemical Indutry with exposure in Chemical/ Microbiological and Instrumental analysis out of which 7/5 years in Senior/ Middle Management level., Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/-
