Applications are invited by Haryana SSC for the under mentioned posts on the prescribed application form, the format which is given at the end. The candidates should specify on the top of the envelope the word - Advt. No., Name and Category of the post applied for.

• Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana -
• 44 posts of A Class Naib Tehsildar (Gen-28, SC-08, BC-04, ESM-01, PH-03) (Age : 21-40 years, Pay Scale : Rs.6500-9900/-, Post No-1) , Qualification : Graduate of a recognised university (ii) Hindi / Sanskrit up to matric level.
• Police Department, Haryana -
• 100 posts of Sub-Inspector of Police (Gen-45, SC-18, BCA-14, BCB-8,ESM Gen-9, ESM SC-2, ESM BCA-2, ESM BCB-03) (Age: 21-27 yrs as on 01/02/2007., Scale: Rs.5500-9000, Post No-2) , Qualification : Graduate from recognised University (ii) Must posses knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. / Height - 5'8" / Chest - 33" with expansion of 1 1/2 ". Physically handicapped and candidates wearing spectacles are not eligible. The candidates will have to pass a written test comprising the following two papers of 100 marks each : (i) One paper of General English of BA standard and General Hindi/Sanskrit of Matric standard. (ii) The other paper will be of General Knowledge and General Studies. The interview will be taken of such eligible candidates who will qualify the written test and physically test. The Viva-Voce shall be of 25 marks. They will be required to qualify in 3 of the following 4 tests :- 1. 100 meters run in 14.5 second 2. 800 meters run in 2 minutes and 50 seconds. 3. Long Jump - 15 Feet. 4. High Jump - 4 Feet.

Fee: Fee at the following rates should be deposited in the Haryana Govt. Treasury under the head "0051 - H.P.S.C.-(103)-Staff Selection Commission, Haryana- Application fee and other receipts"

1. General- Rs. 500/- for the post no. 1, Rs.150/- for the post 2.
2. SC/BC/ESM/PH candidates of Haryana- Rs. 125/- for the post no. 1 and Rs.35/- for the post 2.
3. No concession of fee for SC/BC/ESM from other states.

Candidates from outside will be treated as General and should send fee by Postal Order which should be in the favour of "Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission" payable Panchkula.

How to apply : Application forms complete in all respect - only one form should be filled by the candidate - in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent only through Registered Post to the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Bay No 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula-134151. All the column of the application form should be filled in.
