Requirement of Professionals in HR and Management Trainee in Finance
MECON, a PSU under Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India, is a house of engineering excellence ,Mechanical Engineers for Power Plant Activities .
- HR Professional (PO/ Sr. PO/ Manager) : Candidates should have MBA/ PG Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management with 65% aggregate marks of all year/semesters (60% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes with 6-20 years of relevant industrial experience. Candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred. Maximum age limit for General Category candidates is 45 years. Reservation and relaxation in age as per Govt. directive will be allowed in case of SC/ ST/ OBC & PH candidates. The selected candidate shall be appointed in the Scale of Rs.13700-350-18250 / 16000-400-20800 / 17500-400-23000 based on experience.
- Management Trainee in Finance : Qualified Finance Professionals from ICAI/ ICWAI. Age limit as on 31/10/07 is 26 years which can be relaxed in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates in accordance with Government of India directives. The post is in the grade of E-1 with scale of pay of Rs. 10750-300-16750.
