Applications are invited from the citizens of India for the following post(s) of different Departments of H.P. on the proforma given below by 12/12/2007. Last date for receipt of applications for the candidates residing in far-flung areas is 27/10/2007. Detail of post(s) and eligibility conditions therefor are given hereunder against such post(s) :
(A) Department of Home( Prosecution) , H.P..
- Assistant District Attorney Class-I (Gazetted): 04 posts (Gen-06,SC-02, Ex-Serviceman-4, WFF-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 7000-10980, Age : 35 years., Qualifications:-(i)
A Professional degree in Law from a recognised University or its equivalent. (ii) At least two years experience as an advocate..
(B) Department of Department of Industries, H.P.
- Manager/ Project Manager DIC, Class-II (Gazetted). : 04 posts (Gen.-02, Gen.Ex-Servicemen- 01,Visually Impaired-01), Pay Scale : Rs. 7000-10980, Age : 45 years, Qualification: Essential Qualification(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent from a University/ Institution recognized by H.P. Government. OR (ii) Master’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Economics or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Administration or Operational Research or its equivalent from a University/ Institution recognized by H.P. Government. (b)Desirable Qualification:- At least two years experience in any industrial/ Undertaking Industrial Organisation/ Department of Central/ State Government in the field of Industrial Development.
(C) Department of M.P.P. & Power , HP
- Assistant Accounts Officer, Class-I : 14 posts (Gen.-09, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01, Ex-servicemen Gen.-01, Disabled person (Low vision)-01), Pay Scale : Rs. Rs.7750 + DP @
50% on contract basis initially for one year, which may be extendable on year to year
basis, Age : 18-45 years, Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/ MBA(Fin.)/ MFC with minimum 55% marks or having degree of Charted Accountant/ ICWA
from recognized University/ Institute.
(D) Public Works Department, H.P.
- Assistant Architect, Class-I (Gazetted) : 01 oost General (Orthopaedically
Handicapped person), Qualification : (i) Degree in Architecture or its equivalent from a recognized University or an institute duly recognized by the Central/ State Government. (ii) At least two years experience in the field of Architecture after
qualifying for the degree in Architecture. Preference will be given to those Architects who get registration under the Architect Act, 1972. - Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), Class-I (Gazetted) : 01 post General (Orthopaedically Handicapped person), Qualification: Must possess degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from an institution/ University recognized by the Central/ State government.
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical) Class-I (Gazetted) : 01 post General (Orthopaedically Handicapped person), Qualification: Must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from an institution/ University recognized by the Central/ State government.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) Class-I (Gazetted) : 01 post General (Orthopaedically Handicapped person), Qualification: Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from an institution/ University recognized by the Central/ State government.
- Pay Scale for aboce posts : Rs.7880-13500 with a start of Rs.8000/- (entry scale)
- Age: 45 years
(E) Department of Forests, H.P.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) Class-I (Gazetted) : 01 post General (Orthopaedically Handicapped person), Qualification: Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from an institution/ University recognized by the Central/ State government., Pay Scale : Rs.7220-11660, Age : 45 years
Fee : In the shape of Bank draft in favour of Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission for Rs. 250/- only, (Rs.63/ for SC/ST/OBC of H.P.only), payable at Shimla to the Secretary ,HPPSC, Nigam Vihar , Shimla-171002 (HP). Ex-servicemen unless discharged at their own request before completion of normal tenure, are exempted from payment of application fee. Visually handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
