Faculty Recruitment in Magadh University

Applications are in invited fro eligible candidates for th appointment to the posts of Professor, Reader and Lecturers for B.Ed. & M.Ed. Programme (Self-finance scheme) both in Regular & Distance mode under Magadh University on purely temporary basis.

  • Professor : 3 posts 1-OBC,2-UR), Ph.D. in Education M.Ed. MA (Education) with minimum 55% marks and B.Ed. having 7 yrs exepeience of teaching including 5 yrs. teaching in Secondary teacher education institution. For Distance mode at least 10 yrs. experience in teacher education, preferably in distance education. For M.Ed. Programme apart from the above qualification, a person having 10 yrs teaching experience in teacher education institute at PG level is eligible for the Professorship.
  • Reader : 3 posts (UR-2,Extremely BC-1), M.ed. or MA (Edu) with B.Ed. (ii) Ph.D. in edu. or equivalent published research work (iii) At least 5 years exp. of teaching in teacher Education Institution. For distance mode, teaching exp. preferably in distance education.
  • Lecturer : 13 posts (UR-7, Extremely BC-2, SC-2, BC-2), M.Ed. (Edu) with minimum 55% marks and B.Ed. or Master's degree in a school subject with minimum 50% marks and M.Ed./M.A. (Edu) with 55% marks and B.Ed.
