The Institute of Microbial Technology, (IMTECH), Chandigarh is one of the constituent establishments of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), wishes to recruit 10 Project Assistants (Level-II) & 3 Project Assistants (Level-I) on purely temporary basis to work in different R&D Projects in various areas of the biological sciences:

  1. Project Assistants (Level-II) : 10 posts, Pay : Rs.8000/-, Qualification : Ist Class M.Sc. in any area of Modern Biology/ Life Sciences / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Biophysics/Microbiology / Molecular Biology / Botany/ Zoology or Ist Class B.E/B.Tech. in Biochemical Engineering or Biotechnology (For Fermentative Science & Process Development only).
  2. Project Assistants (Level-I) : 03 posts, Pay : Rs.7000/-, Qualification : Ist Class B.Sc. with specialization in any area of Modern Biology/ Life Sciences/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Biophysics/ Microbiology / Molecular Biology
