medium schools in Bhutan.

  1. Subject Requirement : Physics, Maths, Bio/Chem, Commerce and Accountancy for Middle and Higher Secondary level ( X-XII). Should be able to teach two subjects.
  2. Qualifications :
    • B.Sc in Maths, Physics, Bio/Chem with B.Ed/PGCE done through regular course
    • B.Com in Commerce and Accountanct with B.Ed/PGCE done through regular courses
    • M.Sc in Maths, Physics, Bio/Chem done through regular course
    • M.Com in Commerce and Accountancy done through regular courses
  3. Pay and Allowance: Selected teachers will be posted in Secondary schools in the following pay scale -
    • Masters Degree with B.Ed/PGCE - Starting pay of Rs. 13080/- in the Pay scale of Rs. 13080-260-16980/-
    • Bachelors Degree with B.Ed/PGCE - Starting pay of Rs. 10710/- in the Pay scale of Rs. 10710-215-13935/-

In addition to the basic pay, 50% of basic pay will be paid as Contract Allowance only to
Maths and Physics teachers. Other subject teacher will be paid 30% of basic pay as Contract
Allowance.

Selection Process : Short-listed candidates will be called for written test cum interview at Chennai and Delhi sometimes in the month of January 2008. They are required to bring both the original copies of the Mark sheets and Certificates, teaching experience certificates
etc…and 2 recent passport size photographs at the time of the Selection interviews.
